These panels are manufactured using fiberglass fabric ballistic grade.

The fabric is mechanically injected with resin is placed in a hot hydraulic press where it is pressed and turned into rigid flat panels of different thicknesses depending on the threat or ammunition that you want to be protected.

The most commonly used thicknesses are ½ “(12mm) to NIJ level IIIA and 7/16” (37mm) to NIJ level III. The standard presentation of these panels is fiberglass measures 48 “(1.22m) x 96” (2.44m).
