Transparent Armoring Materials

Glass

Armored glass is composed of several layers of polycarbonate, polyurethane and glass. From the combination of these materials a very resistant and bulletproof glass is obtained.

These glasses can be curved to replace the original glass of the vehicle or planes to be placed behind the original glass and architectural applications.

The resilience of these glasses depends on its thickness, the most common thicknesses are 21 mm for NIJ level III, 34mm to stop AK-47 (7.62×39), and 41mm for NIJ level III / EN-1063 level BR6 ( 7.62x51M80)
